We request that instructors never make writing center appointments mandatory for all of their students (in part because we just cannot handle the volume), but we do love it when instructors encourage students to visit us.

The Writing Center coaches APU students to improve their own writing by employing a better writing process. We can help any APU student with any kind of writing project at any stage of the writing process.
